Flex-Art gymnastics club has a competitive team which consists
of approximatly 35 gymnasts,
from the ages of 4 to 18. These
girls train 6-20 hrs per week. They perform routines
on vault,
bars, beam and the floor, while also focusing on flexibility,
muscular conditioning and ballet.
Flex-Art has sent gymnasts to the Quebec championships for
many years.
