Registration will be open to all current members as of March 16th for the spring sessions. For all new members, registration will open on March 23rd.

The time has finally come! We are moving into our new, permanent space at The Manoir. No need to worry about switching locations, our new gym will be right up the street from our current location on Ave Prud'homme. This move will come with a bigger space, new equipment, and more classes offered. We will keep you updated as the date approaches.
